
Since the beginning of Cocina Abierta "croquetas" have always formed an integral part of the restaurant and have become a favorite. In the reinvention, at the end of 2017 and after hurricane María, we saw an opportunity of creating a vibrant concept from this exquisite elaboration; each inspired on the most successful dishes of the restaurants that compose the culinary group Cincosentidos.
